China-CEEC Innovation Cooperation Research Center

 

I.Basic Information

The China-CEEC Innovation Cooperation Research Center (referred to as the “Research Center”) was established in response to the initiative proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping at the China-CEEC Summit on February 9, 2021. The Research Center, operating under the leadership of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, was founded by the Ningbo Municipal People’s Government and is jointly managed by the Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau and the Ningbo University of Technology. The Research Center follows the principle of “extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits” and actively integrates into the global innovation network. It aims to improve the mechanism of scientific and technological innovation cooperation, promote technology matchmaking and industrial incubation, and expand channels for talent and technical exchanges. By integrating multiple resources, collaborating on various innovative approaches, and transforming research outcomes through diverse methods, the Research Center will become the key platform and hub for innovation cooperation between China and CEECs.
