On March 12, 2019, Dr. Palmer, Vice President & Interim Provost of Prairie View A&M University, the U.S., headed a delegation to NBUT. Vice President Wang Jinghua met with PVAMU delegation and discussed issues related to faculty members, students exchanges and joint scientific research cooperation.
