Campus News Network– Ningbo's first high-tech company specializing in application-level brain-computer interface (BCI) technology, Zhejiang Lingyuan Brain-Computer Technology Co., Ltd., has officially settled in the Qianwan New Area, with its core laboratory located at the university's Hangzhou Bay Automotive College.

Founded by Dr. Yu Jinxu, an associate researcher at the college, Lingyuan Brain-Computer has over 15 years of experience in BCI research. The core team includes doctors, professors, and senior engineers, capable of handling everything from algorithm development to hardware manufacturing. The company collaborates with major medical institutions and has collected over 2,000 clinical samples.

Lingyuan offers two main product lines: the "Ling Series" for rehabilitation (including EEG devices and rehabilitation robots) and the "Yuan Series" for embodied intelligence (like tactile robotic hands and AI companions).

The company's products are already in high demand, with international orders scheduled until March next year. Annual production capacity is expected to exceed 10 million RMB by 2026.
This successful incubation highlights the university's commitment to applied education and industry-academia integration.
